What is Beguile?
Beguile Beauty Box is a luxury beauty subscription box like no other delivered to you each month to showcase mystery beauty products. The focus is on luxury high end products. 4 or 5 products are sent out each month to your door. The subscription service is one of the most growing, popular trends on the beauty market at present.
Which Plans/Boxes are available?
You can choose to purchase our boxes on a 'one-off plan' or on a 'monthly subscription plan'. We also have throughout the year 'themed boxes' available.
How do I complete a beauty questionnaire?
I would like to unsubscribe from emails, how can I do this?
When you receive an email from us, if you scroll down to the bottom of the email there is an option to click on unsubscribe. You will then no longer receive any newsletters from us.
How do I join your Facebook community group?
If you search “Beguile Beauties” and request to join, approval will be given within 24 hours.
How can I get featured on your website or Instagram page?
We love seeing the looks you create using the products or photos of your boxes! We are always available via email or you can tag us in your posts using @beguilebeautybox and #beguilebeautybox

I signed up on the 21st, why am I not receiving at the end of this month? Why do I have to wait for next month?
Can I give Beguile Beauty Box as a gift?
Of course! You are able to buy Beguile as a one off box. You can choose to get it delivered to yourself or a different shipping address. We also include a gift card and you can write your message under the notes section.
What brands and products can I expect?
Each month has a different variety of products from skincare, makeup or tools etc. We work with different brands and all our past boxes can be found under the past boxes section.
How much does it cost monthly?
Why has a second payment been taken but I haven’t received my box yet?
Payment is taken on the date you subscribe. E.g. If you purchased your box on 25th of the month, you will receive your box the following month at the end of the month, future payment is always then taken on the 25th of the month.
What date does my payment get taken?
The date you sign up is the renewal date each month. For example, if you sign up on the 10th of that month, payment will be taken on the 10th of each month.
What payment options are there?
We accept payment by PayPal and debit/credit card for purhases each month on subscription and one-off boxes.
How do I redeem my discount/voucher code?
After checkout, you will need to input your voucher code and click on the "apply" button, which will then apply the discount. If the code is invalid it will display a message accordingly - in which case contact us before purchasing.
Please note that you do not enter the voucher code in the "Add a not to your order" box. You need to enter it on the page that follows.
On which products can I use my dicsount code?
There may from time to time be promotional offers on the one off mystery boxes and subscription boxes.
In terms of the subscription boxes, the only ongoing offers available are those on 6 month and 12 month subscriptions and available to new customers only. You can get 50% off the full cost of the first box in each of those terms (that is, at a cost of £20 for the first box). In order to claim this you must enter the discount codes as below:

You must use the code provided upon purchase, as discount does not apply automatically.
I live outside the UK, can I still order?
Unfortunately we now only deliver to the UK at present. UK postage is free.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can use the contact us form, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to change your delivery address detailing which date you would like this to be effective from. You can also log in to your account and change your address, however, if you do so by this method then please send us an email to inform us as from which dat as otherwise your box may be sent to your old address
How much is postage?
Postage is free within the UK. At present we don’t ship internationally, but only within United Kingdom.
What date is the box sent out?
Our boxes are sent out at the end of each month – 30th/31st. A dispatch email is sent out to you let know when they have been posted.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You must fulfil your subscription term before cancelling.

We do not accept returns. However if a product is faulty or damaged please send us an email with photo proof and we will do our best to replace the item or offer an alternative.
